Girikon is looking at hiring a full-time “**Salesforce Account Executive/ Sales Manager**” with following job description.

Girikon is Crest Salesforce Partner, headquartered out of Phoenix, Arizona. Girikon supports mid to large enterprises get the most out of their Salesforce platform, with a strong Global Consulting and Delivery teams.

We are looking for a Salesforce account executive to join our team and help us grow our Salesforce practice. You will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with customers, identifying new opportunities, and closing deals.

Consultant will join our team only after the successful completion of Background check, Reference check, E-Verify process & Drug Test.

**Location - **Anywhere in USA / Preference: Phoenix, AZ or Dallas, TX

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Build and maintain strong, trusted, and mutually beneficial relationships with Salesforce reps and the Salesforce community.
- Proactively approach the market segment through active leadership in industry and community organizations
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and goals, and align them with Salesforce products and services.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that showcase the value and benefits of Salesforce solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers and partners.
- Manage key accounts and explore opportunities for repeat business.
- Collaborate with the implementation partner and Salesforce teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales quotas and objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably in the CRM or cloud computing space
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Salesforce products and ecosystem
- Experience working with implementation partners or consulting firms is a plus.
