Client Intake Specialist

Position is the first contact a family and client would meet. Requires an excellent communication and inter-personal skill along with great customer oriented service knowledge. This position helps the family and client towards a best service for best results. This position is created to help steer the family and the client to the right area.

The qualified person should have strong verbal and written communication skills for the good of the client. Should be a good listener and serve as the conductor between doctors, lawyers, and clients. Should be organized and detail-oriented.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $13.75 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Medical terminology: 1 year (preferred)
- Healthcare customer service: 1 year (required)
- Computer skills: 1 year (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Baltimore, MD 21202: Relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Baltimore, MD 21202
