**Accounts Receivable Specialist**
Primary focus of this position is handling the day - to -day office operations pertaining to truck sales
- Serve as the primary office point of contact for sales team handling truck sales
- Facilitate the smooth execution of sale transactions by providing accurate and timely information to the sale team
- Verify provided sales information, Bills of sales, Track payments, down payments, and all associated document retention, sales list, etc.
- Process truck disposals in company's accounting system and all pertaining paperwork per required retention.
- Serve as point of contact with DMV, obtain lien releases, replacement titles, etc.
- Develops, maintains and updates filing system
- Crosstrain and serve as back-up for other members of the A/R Team
- establishes and maintains a system of financial record keeping, to include issuing receipts, preparing and making bank deposits, and recording payments
- Answers main phone line
- Assist Management Team with occasional project work
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional phone etiquette
- Team Player
- Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum 2 years A/R experience required
Some post-High School education preferred but not required
