**Position Overview**:
The **Inventory Order Clerk** requires the services of a professional person who is flexible, articulate and able to communicate with a diverse audience. They must be able to write clearly, communicate on the phone, follow directions and procedures, and be comfortable with simple math. Computer experience desired.

**Responsibilities & Duties**:

- Assist agencies with filling and placing orders.
- Ensures all forms are collected and entered daily on Excel spreadsheets for each agency.
- Control Inventory for USDA and non-USDA product.
- Log all incoming USDA and non-USDA product on Excel.
- Log all incoming and outgoing USDA inventory into CDSS portal by the 15th each month.
- Total end of month poundage for USDA and non-USDA by the 10th each month.
- Weekly input of yellow forms into Excel spreadsheet for monthly USDA distribution by the 10th of each month.
- Check all outgoing TEFAP and non-TEFAP orders for accuracy and correct as needed.
- Conduct weekly physical USDA and non-USDA inventory counts, randomly spot check physical inventory with non-physical distribution on tally sheet, reconcile in collaboration with supervisor.
- File agency pink forms daily.
- Maintain effective working relationships cooperatively and effectively with staff members in a team environment.
- All other duties as assigned.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Acceptance and commitment to Foodbank of Southern California’s values, mission and vision
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Proper phone and front office etiquette
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with member agencies from a variety of cultural background

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
