Position Summary:
The Hamilton Specialty Division Inside Sales Coordinator is the relationship liaison for Hamilton’s business-to-business solutions division. Headquartered in Hamilton’s Langhorne, PA office, but often visiting clients or meeting them in the Mercer County region, this role is responsible for providing the best in products, programs, and services to Hamilton’s corporate clients looking to recognize their employees with meaningful gifting programs.

This is a great opportunity for a retail associate looking to avoid nights/weekends and working on a sales floor all day. Very diverse client group, small team in relaxed atmosphere.

**Responsibilities**:

- Help to manage Hamilton for Business accounts with attention to detail and deep understanding of customer requirements and preferences, anticipating client needs to provide the best in service.
- Create customized gifting solutions for sales/achievement awards, milestone gifts, loyalty programs, annuity programs, service/tenure programs, sporting events/trophies, and various presentation pieces.
- Interact with clients and assist with product recommendations, invoicing, and post-sale follow up.
- Provide exceptional client service through strong communication and organizational skills.
- Manage presentations to showcase capabilities, including digital platforms for gifting.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong organizational skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills through telephone, digital, and face-to-face mediums.
- Ability to stay calm in high-pressure or fast-moving situations, both behind the scenes and in front of clients.
- Effective problem resolution skills.
- Willingness and ability to be a true utility player...helping where needed and contributing anywhere possible to accelerate growth and profitability.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
