We are seeking an Inside Sales Associate to join our Residential Sales Team here at Fortress Power The ideal candidate would be a high-energy, engaging individual with B2B, high-volume cold-calling experience. This is an in-office position, with expected hours 10AM - 6PM or 11AM - 7PM.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop effective self-generated sales strategies, leads and appointments with potential customers
  • Perform high-volume cold/warm/hot calls on a daily basis
  • Track daily activity and progress in the company's CRM system
  • Schedule and follow-up on appointments for the Regional Sales Managers
  • Assist the Regional Sales Managers with prospecting and lead generation
  • Meet the daily minimum requirements for dials, conversations, & appointments


Qualifications:

  • Experience & willingness for high-volume cold calling
  • Experience with B2B sales & business development
  • Strong relationship building & communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office & CRM tools
  • Ability to work 10AM - 6PM or 11AM - 7PM shift
