**The Position**

Serves as the first point of contact for incoming calls; responsible for routing these calls to the appropriate departments and personnel; serves as the first point of contact for customers coming into the lobby. Receives and processes customer payments at the counter; reconciles cash drawer; Processes in-house equipment returns providing customers with a receipt and distributing appropriate paperwork to CSRs for proper credit; performs a variety of clerical duties as assigned. Assist with customer billing inquiries both over the phone and in person. Attends departmental meetings upon request; performs other miscellaneous functions to assist in the operations of the department.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Excellent phone etiquette.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
- Friendly, courteous, patient, and professional attitude in dealing with customers to promote a high degree of customer service.
- Basic knowledge and experience working with computer-based word and spreadsheet programs.
- Emphasis is placed on the ability to multi-task daily.
- Must display a professional appearance as well as maintain a professional office environment.
- Able to work with minimum supervision.
- Attentive to details; performs with a high degree of accuracy.
- Trustworthy and respectful of confidential information.
- Must be able to work harmoniously with others in a team-spirited environment.
- Reliability to follow-up with incomplete assignments.
- Flexible in working scheduled hours as mandated by the Company and shared amongst the work groups.
- Attendance and punctuality dependability is paramount to the operations of the department.
