We are looking for personable, self-motivated individuals to join our team as **Customer Experience Associates**. We are rapidly expanding in the **Harrisonburg, VA** area and are in need of representatives who are excited to be a part of this growth.

**The Customer Experience Associate will be expected to**:

- Present and promote our clients products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers in a retail setting
- Resolve customer support related issues and provide customers with proper solutions to their concerns
- Professionally and compliantly represent not only our company but our clients as well
- Report new customer acquisitions and sales to the Director of Operations
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

- Associates or Bachelor's preferred, High School Diploma accepted
- 0 - 1 years of experience in retail, customer service, sales, or hospitality
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills
- Friendly and energetic personality
