The project will allow DSHS to leverage the Moodle Learning Management System (LMS) supported by client Learning Resource Network. Currently this LMS environment supports more than 31k external customers and some number of internal management education and ombudsman trainings. The solution is scalable and allows the agency full control over the concept, configuration, design and maintenance of the solution and learning modules.
**Skills(required)**:
- Knowledge of learning design models and principles; instructional design principles and techniques
- Knowledge of e-Learning tools, learning management systems; programing languages
- Knowledge of curriculum design
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership techniques, coordination of people and resources; of project management principles and practices

**Skills(preferred)**:

- Preferred minimum of four or more years’ experience in the field of Learning Management System administration.
- Preferred Business Analysis and or project management/project coordination experience.
**Job Type**: Contract
Pay: $80.00 - $90.00 per hour
