A rapidly growing, successful healthcare organization is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support their C-suite executives in both their professional and personal tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Travel Arrangements: Handle all aspects of executive travel, from booking flights and hotels to making restaurant reservations, ensuring seamless and efficient trips.
- Special Projects: Oversee and manage special projects for the executive team.
- Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including ordering and monitoring office supplies and managing food orders (snacks, lunches, etc.).
- Vendor and Maintenance Management: Coordinate with maintenance staff and external vendors to address office maintenance needs, ensuring a safe and comfortable work environment.

**Qualifications**:
