At Integra Vascular, we are dedicated to providing exceptional patient-focused care to the communities we serve. As a key member of our team, the Scheduling Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our clinical operations.

Responsibilities:


• Coordinate patient admissions and scheduling to ensure seamless delivery of care.


• Prepare daily schedules for our clinical teams, ensuring timely and efficient deployment.


• Collect, complete, and communicate required demographic, financial, referral, clinical, and other admissions data in accordance with company policies and procedures.


• Collaborate with facilities and provide administrative support as needed to ensure successful field operations and back-office functions.


• Assist with arranging patient transportation for off-facility procedures as required.


• Review completed visits daily, communicate with clinical staff at facilities regarding patients seen and their care.

Qualifications:


• Proven experience in patient admission processes.


• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) and related software, including Microsoft Office.


• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.


• Pleasant telephone manner.


• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.


• Adaptability in supporting software applications.


• Strong team player with ability to work collaboratively.


• Ability to work independently and effectively.


• PACS and EMR experience preferred.


• Commitment to professional growth and learning.


• Not listed on the OIG exclusion list.

Education:


• Bachelor's Degree preferred.


• High School or equivalent required.
