We are currently seeking a self-motivated **Temporary Accounts Payable Coordinator** to manage the daily operations of the Accounts Payable Department.

Under supervision of the Controller, the accounts payable coordinator is responsible for processing vendor payments. This individual must demonstrate the knowledge and skills needed to communicate with vendors, and coworkers to ensure the job is completed. This position will adhere to all policies, procedures and regulations set forth by Acacia to ensure completion and compliance. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. **The salary is $45,000 - 50,000/annually. This is a 2 month temporary assignment to assist with special project.**

**KEY ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:
***
- Receive and review of check requests; statements and other necessary information.
- Receive and review of invoices and receiving
- Receive and review of purchase orders and related info
- Review and double check accuracy of check request packages before submission to Controller
- Communicates with vendors and others
- Prepare an upload of check files for submission to banks
- Meets with the Controller and others as deemed appropriate to ensure vendors are paid in accordance with Acacia Policy and guidelines

**REQUIREMENTS**:
***
- 1 to 2 + year's previous relevant experience in Accounts payable or equivalent
- Knowledge of excel/ word helpful
- High School Diploma
- Must be able to multitask with strong organizational skills.
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work on a strong team in a culturally diverse environment
- Ability to multitask and to work and function under pressure
