**Job Title**: Shipping/Customer Service Order Fulfillment Team Leader

**Work Location**: Shipping - Customer Service Parts Area

**Division/Department**: Shipping

**Reports To**: Purchasing Manager

**X Full-time**

**X Non-exempt**

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Shipping/Receiving Team Leader will ensure process are followed for**:

- Maintaining Kanban system for supplies, manufacturing inventory and service parts
- Service Order Shipping for all domestic and international shipments (LTL, UPS, FedEx)
- Book LTL kit shipments

**Team Leader will also**:

- Track Service Orders in Production to ensure all orders meet ship dates and customer expectations
- Develop/Improve Processes within area
- Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

**Education and/or Work Experience Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Ability to read engineering prints
- Ability to use calipers and other tools to verify part specifications are within tolerances
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
- High school diploma or GED required

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone

- Manufacturing: 1 year (preferred)
- Forklift: 1 year (preferred)
- Order fulfillment: 1 year (preferred)
- Leadership: 1 year (preferred)
- Kanban: 1 year (preferred)
- Blueprint reading: 1 year (preferred)
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
