**Responsibilities**:
Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) is seeking a **Program Management Logistics Specialist** to join our team. You will provide the government program manager with comprehensive skills and logistics support to achieve program cost, schedule, performance, and quality objectives.

Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to:

- Performs and manages a broad range of logistics support functions to include planning, coordinating, material handling, procurement, and quality control services
- Collaborates and plans with various appropriate personnel to coordinate and/or integrate operations and interests of other workstreams and organizations.
- Identifies programmatic risks, develop effective mitigation strategies and risk burn down plans to achieve the desired program results
- Performs detailed reviews of procurement and technical data packages for possible commissioning and de-commissioning of Government and Contractor sites
- Maintains document functional requirements, and functional and technical modifications in a work breakdown structure (WBS) and an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS); regularly monitors schedule for adequacy and potential milestone impacts
- Independently performs system evaluations and develop recommendations to implement improvement plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams such as supply, transportation, financial management, engineering, storage and the acquisition system into a cohesive and comprehensive logistics plans
- Maintains responsibility for planning, managing and the coordination of a total cradle-to-grave life cycle.
- Ensure program success by proactively addressing potential challenges

**Qualifications**:
**Requirements**:

- Must have experience working with Special Access Programs (SAPs)
- Must be comfortable in a challenging, multi-tasking, dynamic, high-tempo, deadline-intensive environment with a flexible work schedule supporting multiple customers
- Must have excellent listening as well as oral and written communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with customers and colleagues
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrated specialized experience as a Program Manager in terms of cost, schedule, performance, and risk management
- Project Management Professional (PMP); DAWIA Level III certification in Program Management or equivalent specialized experience with Project Management tools and techniques

**Education Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline

**Clearance Requirements**:

- Current Top Secret clearance with current SCI access
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
