**We are a 15 person CNC shop. We make critical parts for demanding aerospace, medical, scientific and commercial customers. We prototype and machine small-batch production runs. Our facility is clean, well lit and air conditioned. We are AS9100 and 13485 certified and ITAR registered.**

At this time, we are looking for an individual who fits our culture and has a strong set of technical skills. We value teamwork, leadership at all levels, a growth mindset, honest communications, and respect for diversity. The specific skills required to help us grow could include:

- MasterCam Programming
- Ability to program, setup and run mill/turn lathes with Fanuc controls
- Ability to program 3, 4 and 5 axis mills
- Ability to setup a 5-axis trunnion
- Estimating
- Experience with ProShop
- Experience with Paperless Parts
- Design of fixtures
- Production of pdf prints and models using CAD software
- Experience implementing DNC systems
