We are seeking a office clerk to join our team

We are a packaging material distributor, specialized in
boxes, poly bags, bubble mailers, tapes, stretch films, paper cores and other
packaging needs. We are a small operation with strong and growing customer
base, therefore we are looking for passionate individuals we can grow with. Experience in warehousing administrative tasks and office management is a plus.

**Responsibilities**:

- Inventory Management: Inventory recording (QuickBooks). Utilize computer systems for data entry and record-keeping
- Process incoming order, create invoice, communication with clients
- Maintain and organize files and documents
- Purchasing task.
- Assist with office management duties as needed

Qualifications:

- 2+year experience in warehouse preferred.
- College degree preferred.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Energetic personality and willing to learn.
- Dependable, detailed oriented, hard working.
- Have a valid Driver License.

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

- Santa Ana, CA 92705: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
