**Position Responsibilities**:
- A critical leader on our Administrative and Legal Services Team.
- Oversees management of legal support staff located in the San Diego office, including timesheet review and approval, team assignments, and managing workload capacities.
- Assists with implementing new policies and procedures in the San Diego office.
- Assists with interviewing support staff for the San Diego office.
- Attends meetings regularly with Administrative and Legal Services leadership and San Diego Partners.
- Assists with facility management for the San Diego office.
- Assists with planning and coordinating quarterly events for the San Diego office.
- Handles HR issues with HR Manager and San Diego Partners.
- Administrative assignments from Administrative and Legal Services leadership and San Diego Partners.
**Position Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2 years of previous management/leadership/human resources experience.
- Prior law firm experience as a legal assistant or paralegal.
- Works in office on average 4 days a week
- Reliability and discretion while handling confidential matters.
- High proficiency in MS Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint and Outlook and Adobe Acrobat.
- Ability to think and act independently and with mínimal supervision.
- Articulate, organized and a team player with excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
