**Dr. Marcos Ikeda Cosmetic Surgery & Medspa, is seeking a highly organized and experienced Bilingual (**Spanish **and **English **required) Clinical Manager to oversee the day-to-day clinical operations our Houston office. The Clinical Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the clinic, managing clinical staff, and implementing policies and procedures.**

**Clinical Manager Performance Objectives**:

- Responsible for patient care coverage from desk triage, rooming, pathology logs, lab log, biologics.
- Promoting excellent customer service by all levels of the staff. Create a welcoming and comfortable environment for our clients
- Ability to educate patients as required after a physician establishes the treatment plan.
- Coordination of the day-to-day clinical operations of the practice.
- Ensure proper staffing levels to maintain efficiency of clinical operations.
- Manages staff daily through adjusting schedules, redirecting staff, answering all clinical questions from medical assistants, motivates and supports clinical staff.
- Able to collaborate with our Social Media content.
- Understands ALL clinical roles and ensures all training and compliance is followed on an ongoing basis.
- Ensures all medical assistants and clinical staff are trained appropriately and thoroughly.
- Implements and maintains office policies and procedures.
- Ensures patient satisfaction, including troubleshooting when there is a complaint and developing process improvements to prevent recurrences.
- Ensures regulatory compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, labor laws, and other federal, state, and local regulations.
- Coordinates and collaborates with team managers for staff meetings for clinical staff.
- Ensure communication processes are in place throughout the practice to include all staff and providers so that the flow of information is congruent and consistent to maintain efficiency of operations with all parties.
- Performs all duties and services in full compliance with Dr. Marcos Ikeda Cosmetic Surgery & Medspa
- Perform other duties that may be necessary or in the best interest of the organization.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Clinical Manager Position Requirements**
- Two or more years in a supervisory or management position in a clinical setting
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or long experience in medical field.
- Knowledge of HIPAA and labor law.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Skill in using healthcare software (Nextech) and computer systems.
- Multitasking skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of continuous process improvement concepts and practices
- Ability to communicate professionally with clinicians, nurses, allied health staff, administrative staff, frontline staff, patients and family members of patients and the general public.
- Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
- Highly organized, meticulous attention to detail and very capable of multitasking
- Punctual, sense of urgency, excellent time-management skills and able to meet deadlines

PAY HOUR + BONUS.
