**Responsibilities**:
- Manage day-to-day marketing operations, including scheduling, inventory management, quality control, social media, lead generation and follow-up, sales funnel, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase spa revenue and profitability
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, implement marketing initiatives, and optimize e-commerce platforms
- Work to drive online presence through SEO, Google Ads, and social media campaigns
- Create and manage marketing budget
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
- Customer Experience: Create a welcoming and comfortable environment for our clients
- Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure their satisfaction with services
- Website management
- Organize events
- B2B and B2C relations
- Create internal and external marketing, photo gallery of treatment results
- Train and mentor staff to deliver high-quality services and uphold brand standards
- Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice
- Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in clients’ charts
- Adjust and administer client’s vitamins and provide treatments according to orders
- Inspect the facilities and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing chairs)
- Budget Management: Manage the financial aspects of the MedSpa, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue forecasting
- Vendor and Supplier Relations: Maintain relationships with product and service vendors, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring the highest quality supplies
- Training and Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning, providing training and development opportunities for staff to stay current with industry trends and technologies
**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract, Temporary
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 - 20 per week

- Proficient IV: 1 year (preferred)
License/Certification:
- EMT, Paramedic, LVN or RN License (preferred)
