As a MedSpa Manager at V/O MedSpa, you will be at the forefront of the beauty and wellness industry. You will play a vital role in maintaining the exceptional quality of services and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic individual with a passion for aesthetics and wellness.

**Responsibilities**:

- Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of skilled professionals including estheticians, nurses, and administrative staff to achieve excellent patient outcomes and customer satisfaction.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the MedSpa, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
- Customer Experience: Create a welcoming and comfortable environment for our clients. Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure their satisfaction with services.
- Marketing and Growth: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the Med Spa's services and implement strategies to increase revenue and client base.
- Budget Management: Manage the financial aspects of the MedSpa, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue forecasting.
- Vendor and Supplier Relations: Maintain relationships with product and service vendors, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring the highest quality supplies.
- Training and Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning, providing training and development opportunities for staff to stay current with industry trends and technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a managerial role within the beauty or wellness industry, preferably in a MedSpa setting.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Exceptional communication and customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of aesthetics and wellness treatments, including cosmetic injectables, skin rejuvenation, and body contouring.
- Understanding of MedSpa regulatory requirements and safety protocols.
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.
- Marketing and sales experience is a plus.
