This person would coordinate with the NPI Scheduler, Engineering, NPI Management, and Production to move projects through engineering to production. In addition, this role would manage NPI Programs by initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling and closing all activities necessary to ensure the successful completion of the assigned program within established objectives. This role will partner with all internal functions responsible for business development, product design, verification and validation activities, planning, procurement, production, quality, shipping and product support (as applicable). Engage with customers to ensure transparent communication, maintain excellent Customer scorecards in collaboration with internal stakeholders and seek continuous Customer satisfaction with the goal of winning new business.

**About IPS**: Integrated Polymer Solutions is a leading developer and manufacturer of advanced materials and engineered components focused exclusively on high-value end markets in aerospace, defense, medical, semiconductors, robotics, energy and industrial. The group consists of 8 highly respected brands; AkroFire, ABBA Roller, Icon Aerospace Technology, IRP Medical, MAST Technologies, Northern Engineering Sheffield (NES), Rubbercraft, and Swift Textile Metalizing (STM). Our product range includes elastomeric seals, gaskets, tooling, hoses, ablatives, survivability tiles, coatings and tapes, EMI and thermal shielding, electrically conductive metalized fabrics, and encapsulated O-rings.

**Job Accountabilities**:

- Actively participates in the Contract Review - Pre Planning process of all First Purchase (FP) product orders
- Responsible for tracking between 50-100 individual jobs from start to finish using the NPI Tracker; and accountable for communicating critical issues in a timely manner to the appropriate departments to meet customer expectations and ensure on-time delivery. Offer sound solutions to mitigate schedule and delivery performance risk.
- Oversees program lifecycle and manages all activities necessary to meet Customer requirements, company goals and objectives
- Develops detailed project plans; including product breakdown structures, work breakdown structures, resource breakdown structures
- Manages the entire program with P&L responsibility to the awarded budget to the best of their ability
- Ensures customer satisfaction through excellent communication and achieves on time deliveries with excellent quality
- Set program priorities and provides tactical guidance on day-to-day program issues
- Works closely with business development team and provides lessons learned to help mitigate any potential oversights on previously awarded programs
- Ensures previous lessons learned are incorporated into program planning and execution
- Manages Integrated Project Team (IPT) to reach targeted project business goals and Customer expectations.
- Directing employees’ work in accordance with project schedule and in collaboration with their functional lead(s)
- Establishes priorities and workflows; facilitates identification of root cause, conducts analysis and resolves issues with appropriate resources departments
- Conducts IPT meetings while ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to and enforced, and when necessary, modified to address changing strategic objectives.
- The primary duties of this job require administrative, non-manual work directly related to business operations involving responsibility for processes and policies of significance, evaluation of possible solutions and results of the work for which the employee is responsible and making recommendations and/or decisions accordingly using professional judgment. Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance

**Job Specifications**:
**Education**:Requires a Bachelor’s Degree or a High School Diploma/GED plus four (4) years relevant experience and appropriate certifications may be substituted for meeting educational requirements **only.**
