As we look to expand our reach and increase our market share in 2024, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and Implement Sales Strategies**: Collaborate with the executive team to develop comprehensive sales strategies that align with Pixel Wall's goals and objectives for 2024.
- **Lead and Motivate Sales Team**: Manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets.
- **Identify and Pursue Business Opportunities**: Identify new business opportunities and market segments to expand Pixel Wall's customer base. Develop relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to drive sales growth.
- **Manage Customer Relationships**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Understand their needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions and exceptional customer service.
- **Sales Forecasting and Reporting**: Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and prepare regular reports for the executive team. Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.
- **Stay Updated on Industry Trends**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Use this knowledge to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the curve.
- **Represent Pixel Wall at Events and Trade Shows**: Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential customers and showcase Pixel Wall's products and services.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of the LED video wall industry or related fields.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and develop actionable insights.
- Proficiency in CRM software such as ZOHO CRM.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $71,282.00 - $82,169.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
