We are looking for reliable, self -motivated, hard-working individuals with a deep interest in plants and providing great customer service.
- Full time Plant Care Technician to provide care for interior plants, trees, orchids etc. using proven horticultural methods while maintaining company and industry standards in customer service.
- Hours are generally 6:00am to 2:30pm Monday through Friday
**Responsibilities**
- Plant Technicians follow a weekly schedule that includes accounts with plants that are assigned to them to maintain. Accounts range from large corporations to small businesses, and personal homes
- Plant care includes: watering, cleaning, fertilizing, trimming, and anything else the plant might need to thrive.
- You will be responsible for plants always looking healthy and clean.
- We care for our customers too, you will need good people skills.
- Daily communication with Supervisor regarding your accounts
- Filling out work orders
- Installing small plants
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Passion for horticulture and the benefits derived from plants.
- Good horticultural background preferred
- Basic plant knowledge of care for tropical plants
- Good customer service skills
- Must have dependable vehicle
- Must be comfortable driving, navigating and parking in Los Angeles
- Applicants must be able to lift 10lb water buckets and/or fill and push 40-50lb water machines throughout the day.
- Must be able to use pruners, scissors, hoses, and other small handheld tools.
- This job requires stooping, kneeling, reaching, lifting
- Must be able to climb ladders.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
