Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our products and services to new and existing customers. Your goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets while providing excellent customer service.

**Qualifications**:
High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
- High-energy individual with a strong work ethic.
- Punctual, Responsible and Responsive.
- Self-motivated and able to handle rapidly changing priorities and several tasks.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- 2 years of customer service experience.
- 1 year of homeowner sales experience.
- Valid driver license is required.
- Sales experience preferred, HVAC experience not necessary but is helpful

**Responsibilities**:
Meet customers in their homes to educate them on various HVAC options and designs.
- Monitor and facilitate effective customer interactions and sales activities.
- Provide accurate and timely quotes to clients.
- Provide expert advice on HVAC systems, including equipment selections, sizing, and installation.
- Follow up with customers to address questions and guide them through the decision-making process.
- Communicate project details to installers to ensure a seamless experience for customers.
- Stay informed about product trends and monitor product performance results.
- Travel locally to meet with clients and conduct site visits.

Pay: From $62,063.63 per year

Compensation package:

- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Evenings as needed
- No nights

License/Certification:

- Driver's License (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Queens, NY: Relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: On the road
