Responsibilities: Prospecting and Lead Generation
- Proactively seek out and identify potential new clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and leveraging existing contacts.
- Conduct thorough research to understand the needs and pain points of prospective clients, tailoring your approach accordingly.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads to ensure a steady flow of new business opportunities.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services to potential clients, addressing their specific needs and concerns.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that resonate with clients and differentiate our offerings from competitors.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with our company's goals and objectives.
- Foster strong relationships with existing clients, anticipating their evolving needs, and providing exceptional customer service to drive repeat business and referrals.

Sales Planning and Reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product development, to align sales strategies and ensure a cohesive approach.
- Set and achieve ambitious yet realistic sales targets, consistently meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Provide regular reports and insights to management, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Proven track record of success in a sales role, with a demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address client needs effectively.
- Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for sales and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant sales tools and technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21.52 - $25.91 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
