We are looking for a Baker to join the **morning **Crave Crew in our new location in Orland Park, IL.

**As our Baker you;**
- Have 2+ years baking experience
- Adhere to strict recipe guidelines while maintaining the integrity of each recipe.
- Analyze sales figures to determine the amount of product that needs to be made daily in order to reduce waste.
- Prepare and decorate cookies with glazes, icings, and buttercream frosting
- Shape and measure dough to create Crave creations.
- Bake cookies according to proper oven temperature.
- Create a friendly and inviting customer-first atmosphere
- Achieve sales plans, maintain operational controls and customer metrics
- Ensure a supply of clean baking sheets, tools, and mixing bowls
- Follow company policies and procedures and all other duties as assigned.

**What We Need from You**
- 2+ years bakery experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Understanding of food safety practices
- Team player with a passion for quality and people
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment surrounded by active employees and crowds of customers.
- Ability to work between the hours of 6 a.m. and 11 p.m.
- Excellent time management skills
- Reliable transportation

**Physical Requirements**
- Constant walking and standing, frequent bending, kneeling and reaching
- Must be able to communicate in English effectively through speech and writing
- Consistently lift 25-50 lbs.; occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. with the ability to push or pull more than 50 lbs.
- Ability to work with industrial mixers, ovens, cooling racks, pastry bags and any additional professional kitchen equipment
