- **Baker Assistant Roles: Oven Separator, Fryer, Baker and Scratch Baker/Mixer**_

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Report to work on time and as scheduled.
- Minimum 1 year of previous baking experience - preferred.
- Have excellent time management skills and must be able to prioritize.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, paying attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to follow and adhere to recipes.
- Must be able to work in different temperature environments
- **Must be able to work Graveyard/Early shifts, weekends, and holidays to meet company needs.**:

- Must be 18 years of age or over.
- And other duties as assigned.
