We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing client relationships across the State of Florida. This position requires frequent travel to meet with clients and prospects, ensuring that our products and services are effectively promoted and sold.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish new accounts within the State of Florida.
  • Support and maintain relationships with existing customers.
  • Promote and sell new products to current customers.
  • Develop new sales channels to enhance market reach.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Management team to develop and implement marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B relationship building and sales of consumer goods.
  • Background in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
  • Marketing experience is a plus.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident presence and ability to build rapport effectively.
  • Strong work ethic and high degree of organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the state.
