Spring Education Group, a premier provider of private school education, is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Vice President of Talent Acquisition for our Early Childhood Education (ECE) team. This pivotal role is designed for a strategic thinker with a strong background in talent acquisition leadership, ready to oversee and enhance all aspects of our talent acquisition operations. You will support a thriving and diverse workforce of educators, focusing on attracting and retaining top talent within our ECE division. This is a unique opportunity to lead a team of professionals and drive talent acquisition initiatives that align with our mission to deliver high-quality education and foster personal growth.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Talent Acquisition Strategy**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top talent for the Early Childhood Education (ECE) division.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align talent acquisition strategies with organizational goals and objectives.
- **Recruitment Process Management**:

- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and high-volume roles within the ECE division.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Lead and mentor a team of talent acquisition professionals, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery across the organization.
- Provide training and development opportunities for the talent acquisition team to enhance their skills and performance.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
- **Partnerships and Employer Branding**:

- Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, professional organizations, and industry associations to support talent acquisition efforts.
- Develop and promote Spring Education Group's employer brand to attract top talent.
- Represent the organization at job fairs, conferences, and other recruitment events.
- **Diversity and Inclusion**:

- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the talent acquisition process.
- Develop strategies to ensure a diverse and inclusive workforce within the ECE division.
- Monitor and report on diversity metrics and progress.
- **Data and Analytics**:

- Utilize data and analytics to drive talent acquisition decisions and strategies.
- Develop and maintain recruitment metrics and dashboards to track the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on talent acquisition performance.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure all talent acquisition practices comply with legal requirements and company policies.
- Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.
- Conduct regular audits of recruitment processes and policies to identify areas for improvement.

**ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**:

- **Education**: Master’s Degree preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 5-10 years of experience in a talent acquisition leadership position, leading a team of 15+ professionals.
- **Skills**:

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
