**Human Resource Administrator (Belmont, NH)**

**What you will do**:

- Play an instrumental role in attracting, retaining, and developing top talent.
- Collaborate with HR and front-line hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening and onboarding.
- Supervise employee file maintenance and ensure compliance with record retention policies
- Actively participate in new hire orientations in Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont.
- Work in a fast-paced, high-functioning, fun team environment.

**What you can expect**:

- Starting salary $50.000 - $55.000 per year, based on experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in HR or related role.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
