**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with homeowners door-to-door to introduce them to the benefits of solar energy and schedule appointments for solar consultations.
- Conduct informative and engaging conversations to educate homeowners on solar energy's financial and environmental benefits.
- Gather necessary information and documentation to facilitate the solar consultation process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to solar installation.
- Stay informed about industry trends, products, and regulations to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly engage customers and build rapport.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Knowledge of solar energy systems is a plus but not required; willingness to learn and become knowledgeable about solar energy solutions is essential.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior solar door-to-door experience is a PLUS.
