Pay Range: $30.00 to $40.00 (Hourly)

**Responsibilities**
- **Supervisory Leadership**:Act as the on-site leader in the absence of the Operations Supervisor, providing guidance and support to the logistics team.
- **Logistical Planning**:Coordinate the efficient movement of goods, materials, and supplies, optimizing routes and schedules to meet customer demand and operational deadlines.
- **Quality Assurance**:Implement and enforce quality control procedures to uphold product standards and customer satisfaction.
- **Safety Compliance**:Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections and addressing any concerns promptly.
- **Team Development**:Train, mentor, and motivate logistics team members to maximize productivity and performance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- **Customer Service**:Collaborate with customer service and sales teams to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong client relationships.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and cost efficiency, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- **Process Optimization**:Identify opportunities for streamlining processes and reducing costs throughout the logistics chain, implementing best practices and innovative solutions.

**Qualifications**
- 5 years of logistics experience
- Proficient in Excel Ability to multitask and handle heavy work loads
- Ability to communicate effectively with upper management and field personnel.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
