Join Evention in our role of Client Solutions Partner.The Client Solutions Partner is responsible for managing existing clients and empowering these clients to maximize Evention's automated accounting solutions.Cultivate client relationships to promote customer success and growth, as well as focusing on client-retention strategies.

Salary Range: $49,000-$55,000

**Client Solutions Partner responsibilities and tasks include**:

- Managing client accounts to promote customer success and growth
- Demonstrating thorough knowledge of services and value proposition
- Handling client service renewals and negotiating terms of ongoing customer relationship
- Collaborating with Evention's Client Success Team to communicate when existing Evention users may require extra attention
- Problem solving client challenges and assisting in solutions to build trust and create a great client experience
- Monitoring of the implementation progress for clients and removing roadblocks, assuring a smooth implementation process
- Proactive customer communication and management to align with Evention core values and reduce churn
- Approve and manage all billable activity for clients
- Cultivating relationships through calls, meetings, and digital sales campaigns
- Identifying potential references and opportunities for testimonials in collaboration with Marketing to promote Evention expansion
- Scoping project work for completion by Evention’s Professional Services team
- Adapting to new technology and encompass high-level organization skills
- Performing outstanding verbal, listening and written communication skills
- Attending conferences applicable to target verticals
- Regular onsite visit to client locations when appropriate

**Requirements and skills**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience; preferred degree fields include business, sales, marketing, accounting, hospitality & retail
- Prior experience working with Salesforce (preferred)
- Prior experience working in a SaaS Sales Environment (preferred)
- Prior experience working in Hospitality or Retail Space (preferred)
- Problem solving skills
