**Your mission**:
The Plastic Molding Department has 3 to 4 people per shift working as a team to produce specialty plastic products. These products are made to very high-quality standards and are essential to agricultural production and the global food supply. Join our team and be a part of something that is making a positive difference for people throughout the world.
YOUR MISSION
- Operate and monitor plastic molding machines in a small department.
- Set up machines for production runs according to specifications.
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine malfunctions.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
**Your profile**:
- Machine Operator: Prior experience preferred.
- Material handling: Ability to handle and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Basic math: Proficiency in basic mathematical calculations for measurements and quantities.
- Quality inspection: Ability to visually inspect products for defects or irregularities.
- Forklift operation: Experience operating a forklift to transport materials or products.
- Machining knowledge: Familiarity with machining processes and techniques.
