Overview:
100 year old Electrical Supply house is looking for inside sales and counter staff. We are experiencing growth and are looking for driven, professional folks to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and assist them with their inquiries and purchases
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Process customer requests for quotes
- Process customer requests for product information
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure shelves are stocked
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and goals
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to promote repeat business
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate new leads
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in electrical supplies
- Electricians or apprentices looking to come out of the field
- Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for achieving sales targets
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Pay: $19.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
