**ROLE OVERVIEW**

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team. As our HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources operations, policies, and programs. Your role will involve collaborating with management to develop and implement strategies that attract, retain, and develop a highly skilled and motivated workforce. You will also play a part in developing a positive, fun company culture. Additionally, you will be tasked with ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

This will be a hybrid role based out our new location in the East Rutherford/Secaucus area.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Develop and administer effective employee orientation, training, and development programs to enhance employee performance and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and proactively addressing any potential issues.
- Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits, ensuring effective communication and smooth administration.
- Manage the performance appraisal process, providing guidance and support to managers in setting performance goals, conducting evaluations, and addressing performance-related concerns.
- Develop and implement employee relations programs, fostering a positive work environment, resolving conflicts, and promoting open communication.
- Coordinate disciplinary actions and investigations when necessary, ensuring fairness and consistency in line with company policies.
- Manage employee separation processes, including exit interviews, offboarding procedures, and conducting necessary post-employment activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and data security.
- Stay informed about emerging HR trends and best practices, recommending improvements to HR policies and procedures as needed.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and manage the HR budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Lead and mentor HR staff members, fostering their professional growth and ensuring their adherence to HR policies and practices.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years' experience as an HR Manager or similar HR leadership role, with a solid understanding of all HR functions and best practices.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with a demonstrated ability to ensure compliance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a track record of effectively resolving complex employee relations issues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Proficient in HRIS software and other HR-related tools.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with a passion for developing and mentoring employees.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
