**Heavy Equipment Operator**

Hagar is hiring a Heavy Equipment Operator to join a well-oiled operation and must be able to jump into our fast-paced environment and handle a variety of challenges on any given job site. We are proud to use modern and well-maintained equipment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate a front-end loader, excavator, earth roller, dozer etc.
- Perform general equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Perform daily preventative maintenance and safety checks.
- Fuel Equipment.
- Assist with non-equipment operator duties such as installing pipe, compacting aggregate etc.
- Use of various power and hand tools; including cutting tools.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- One year of experience working with excavation heavy equipment
- A valid Maine Class C or Higher License
- Ability to pass a drug screening (not including Marijuana) and pre-employment physical.
- Ability to lift excess of fifty pounds overhead.
