**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- May lead and direct the work of others.
- Applies test-first practices including Test-Driven Development (TDD) for unit tests and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) for automated acceptance tests.
- Develops block diagrams and logic flow charts.
- Translates detailed design into computer software code.
- Tests, debugs, and refines the computer software to produce the required product.
- Prepares required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation.
- Enhances software to reduce operating time or improve efficiency.
- Provides technical direction to programmers to ensure program deadlines are met.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- 5 years of position-specific relevant experience.
- IAT Level II certification required.
- High School Diploma

**Clearance Requirements**:

- Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance prior to starting this position.
