**Clinical Outreach Specialist**

As a Clinical Outreach Specialist, the new team member will be responsible for:

- Developing and maintaining relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and other key stakeholders.
- Promoting awareness of our programs and services.
- Coordinating outreach activities and events to connect with potential clients and their families.
- Supporting the intake and referral process to ensure seamless access to our clinical services.

This position is critical in enhancing our reach and impact within the community. Therefore, we are seeking a highly motivated individual with a background in mental health services, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others.

**Salary**: $70,000-$80,000 per year with bonus potential

**Work location**: Hybrid with priority of working in-office as often as possible

**Reports to**:Director of Clinical and Community Relations

This is an exempt, full-time position.

Anxiety Institute is an innovative behavioral health company founded to help adolescents and young adults recover from debilitating anxiety, OCD, and associated disorders. The company is advancing a clinical approach that utilizes exposure therapy in an intensive outpatient setting and achieves significant clinical outcomes.

Anxiety Institute currently has operations in Connecticut, New Jersey, and Virginia.

**Benefits**

To preserve our team’s mental health, we have a policy of “unlimited” paid time off (“PTO”) plus company-wide paid vacation during most federal holidays and the time between Christmas through New Year’s Day.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
