This role is hybrid on-site 2 days/week in Arlington, VA, and remote 3 days, unless otherwise required by the government project/meeting schedule.

**Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)**:

- Assist with developing and implementing communications strategy
- Managing internal communications such as the monthly newsletter
- Drafting content for the newsletter and client website
- Attending the client meetings and drafting meeting minutes
- Support the team's development of presentations, reports, and briefing materials with elevated layout and streamlined information display

**Essential Job Requirements**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in communications, English, marketing, or related field
- **Required Knowledge/Experience**:

- Relevant experience in a communications role
- Strong editing, writing and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and content management systems
- **Preferred Knowledge/Experience**:

- Experience/knowledge of SharePoint
- Experience/knowledge of Adobe and/or Publisher or comparable program
