**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain the facility in an organized approach as well as a safety-first philosophy
- Conduct daily inventory analysis/reporting using data from multiple sources to anticipate and solve any inventory control issues. Manages any daily variances in both WMS and Host systems and virtual warehouse locations
- Ensure that cycle counts are being conducted on a timely and regular basis
- Monitor warehouse records and inventory, and report to supervisor discrepancies in quantities and damages
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds or more
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of warehouse including the packing area, storage area, and warehouse breakroom
- Hire, train, and discipline all warehouse staff for picking and packing purposes and is responsible for the preparation and fulfillment of daily orders
- Perform all other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Preferred three to four years’ operating as a Warehouse Manager
- Must have strong attention to detail and be able to deal with multiple requests at one time.
- Must have a desire for areas of responsibility and be self-motivated to uncover issues and drive process improvements where necessary.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Math skills: must be able to perform basic math skills and have a working understanding of mathematical conversions.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Excel and Word, must be adept at data entry
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work well both alone and with others
- Must work well in a team environment and be able to communicate with all levels of employees.
- Bi-lingual preferred
