**Role Overview**:
As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and executing customer projects within the construction, metals, and petrochemical sectors. Leveraging your expertise in structural engineering, surveying, and metrology, you will make critical decisions that ensure the success and efficiency of each project. From inception to completion, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, objectives, and constraints.
- Utilize your structural engineering knowledge to develop innovative and effective solutions for project challenges.
- Oversee surveying and metrology activities to ensure accurate data collection and analysis.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting.
- Lead project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement timely resolutions.
- Maintain clear and open communication channels with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and safety protocols.
- Uphold a commitment to ethical conduct and integrity in all project activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in project management within the construction, metals, or petrochemical industries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
- Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Adherence to principles of responsibility, dependability, and ethical conduct.
- Experience with bridge and road design
- PE license (or willing to get if hired)

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
