**What you will do -**

The Program Manager, HR will oversee multiple projects to ensure the projects will reach the overall strategy that the program is looking to implement, from shaping the approach to delivering the desired outcomes. In this role, you will contribute to the growth and evolution of the HR PMO and its ability to deliver projects that are repeatable, predictable, and sustainable.

You will actively manage regional or global programs, encompassing multiple interdependent projects, activities, and resources, to facilitate HR's achievement of strategic organizational objectives, driving process improvements, business transformations, system integrations, and technology innovation deployments

Additional responsibilities:

- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on HR's project methodology, providing guidance and coaching to the project team on the project approach, tools, and resources to optimize the likelihood of successful project delivery.
- Contribute to the advancement of the PMO function and its ability to deliver projects which are repeatable, predictable, and sustainable through the creation and improvement of project resources, tools, templates, and systems.
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and consulting to other project managers and project leads within the organization to build organizational skills and capability in project management.
- Work cross-functionally to define, track, and monitor the core program and project deliverables, including problem/opportunity statement, scope, objectives, budget, resource demand, tasks & actions, risks and issues, scope changes, decisions & information, assumptions, dependencies and constraints, and lessons learned throughout the project/program lifecycle.
- Develop, own, and manage program schedule, encompassing critical path analysis, work breakdown structures, interrelated projects' intersecting milestones, and cross-functional requirements.
- Coordinate the seamless integration of multiple projects into a unified program timeline, effectively managing interdependencies, addressing potential conflicts, and optimizing resource allocation to drive successful program outcomes.
- Develop risk management plans for supported projects to actively identify, analyze, and monitor project risks & issues, develop risk mitigation strategies, and manage unexpected challenges during project execution.
- Engage with project and program stakeholders, including executive sponsors, senior management, functional managers, and external partners, and ensure alignment between the program and the organization's strategic goals.

**What you need -**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent 6+ years of additional work experience required
- 8+ years of work experience required
- Previous HR or role-related experience required
- 4+ years business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or role-related experience preferred
- Demonstrated experience and mastery of project management tools, concepts, and methods such as Waterfall, Agile, or Lean preferred
- Demonstrated experience managing cross functional, complex, regional or global projects through the full project life cycle preferred
- Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt and/or Project management certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred

$95,100 - $161,100 salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
