Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in security or law enforcement are a plus.
- Proven experience in security or a related field, with a strong understanding of security principles and procedures.

- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to security in a residential setting.

- **Access Control**: Manage access points, verify the identity of individuals entering the premises, and enforce community policies regarding access and guest entry.
- **Emergency Response**: Respond promptly to emergencies, including but not limited to fire alarms, medical incidents, and security breaches. Take appropriate actions to mitigate risks and provide assistance as needed.
- **Customer Service**: Interact with residents, guests, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner. Address inquiries and concerns, providing assistance and guidance when required.
- **Report Writing**: Maintain accurate and detailed records of daily activities, incidents, and any security-related occurrences. Submit timely reports to supervisors.
- **Collaboration with Authorities**: Coordinate with law enforcement, emergency services, and other relevant authorities when necessary. Act as a liaison to ensure a seamless response to security issues.
- **Safety Inspections**: Conduct routine inspections of common areas, facilities, and equipment to identify and report any safety hazards or maintenance issues.
- **Training and Education**: Participate in ongoing training programs to stay updated on security procedures, emergency protocols, and community policies. Share knowledge with other staff members as needed.
