**About the Role**

The Marketing Coordinator (temp) will be a vital member of the Marketing Department, supporting two Executives whose work helps to strategically align the Department at-large. This position will report to the VP of Trade Marketing and VP of Marketing. Working as part of a dynamic and collaborative team, the Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting both domestic and global marketing teams to ensure information and meetings are managed in a timely and efficient manner.

**Core Responsibilities**

**(Trade Marketing)**
- Maintain, organize, and craft all marketing communications
- Create support material for sell-in and sell through of JPMS products and promotions
- Initial creation of presentations for key customers
- Research current and upcoming industry trends
- Coordinate all the needs of JPMS loyalty program
- Sets up, record, and take minutes of new product launch calls
- Maintain promotional calendar for cross functional teams
- Support the marketing department focuses and initiatives

**(Sustainability)**
- Help coordinate marketing activities for JPMS Sustainability program, Regenerative Roots (RR)
- Support RR campaign development with marketing content
- Help create and manage all Sustainability assets (in-house, UGC, influencers)
- Communicate with JPMS cross functional teams (Social, Digital, Salon Development, Trade Marketing, PR, Sales)
- Coordinate RR marketing requests with the Brand Marketing team
- Research and collect sustainability trends
