- Will require extensive onboarding, background/education/employment checks, and credentialing._

This role requires someone who has an understanding of spatial design principles, strong visual skills and a thoughtful approach to the user experience in all facets of their work. The current team is made up of multi-disciplinary teams of UX Designers, Researchers, Writers, Program Managers, and Engineers: who all care deeply about the people who use their products. This team’s mission is to give people superhuman abilities by making information instantly and intuitively accessible. They are focused on making immersive computing accessible to billions of people through mobile immersive XR devices.

**Responsibilities**
- Work with xfn partners to drive and own designs for visual language and design system of XR platform
- Work with apps and extensions UX designers to establish visual cohesion across a XR wearable device
- Work directly with Visual design leads to align and prioritize work
- Drive design spec development and create production ready assets
- Communicate the user experience to partners at various stages of the design process by making compelling designs and concepts
- Clearly rationalize and justify design work, advocate for users’ needs
