Operations Coordinator

Overview:
**Duties**:

- Coordinate various operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow
- Assist in import and export shipments documentation duties
- Manage phone calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Handle Carrier bookings for export shipments via air and ocean
- Conduct proofreading of documents for accuracy
- Utilize Company system for invoicing transactions
- Schedule appointments and manage pickup and delivery of domestic shipments
- Support project coordination efforts within the team
- Prior experience in import coordination and export bookings
- Proficient in phone etiquette and customer service principles
- Strong order entry skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with basic file retention and information organization
- Ability to proofread documents for errors
- Proficiency in time management and scheduling
- Capable of coordinating projects and tasks efficiently
- Strong administrative skills with a focus on organization and multitasking

Pay: $6,909.00 - $9,187.00 per month
