* Link finance and operational tools
* RTP / In-Touch Super User
* Coordinate All Operational Storage Hardware Use & Maintenance w/ IT
* SAP Super User
* Coordinate All Temporary Labor Administrative Tasks and Associated Hardware
* Develop Technical Trainings
* Develop Digital Tools for Operational Use
* Create, Track and Display KPI Reports as Required
* Continually Improve Operational Data Management
* Assist Other Departments as required
* All other data management or development tasks as assigned

Requirements:

* Preferred Business or Computer Science Associates Degree
* Minimum High School Diploma, Trade/Technical School, or equivalent actual experience
* Strong understanding and application of root cause analysis
* Strong project management skills
* Excellent time management, prioritization and multitasking abilities
* Working knowledge of lean manufacturing methodologies and DMAIC approach to continuous improvement
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
* Proficient in Smart Sheet
* Proficient in Power BI Business Analytics Software
* Proficient in SharePoint
* Proficient in Sketch-Up
* Proficient in Visio
* Knowledgeable of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, preferably SAP
* Ability to read, write and speak well in English (Spanish a plus) and possess analytical and interpersonal skills
* Ability to understand and execute instructions through strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Must be available for periodic in-town and long distance travel
