Overview:
HOURS- Part time 9am to 1pm OR 4pm to 8pm
We are seeking a skilled and organized Medical Receptionist to join our team. As a Medical Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and administrative support in a medical setting.

**Duties**:

- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk
- Verify patient information and update electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Collect patient co-pays and process insurance information
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Manage medical records, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Provide administrative support to healthcare providers as needed

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Medical Receptionist or similar role in a healthcare setting
- Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing patient information
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality
