Work Experience, Skills & Responsibilities:

- Background in dental insurance: benefit verification, processing claims/pre-treatments, ability to interpret EOBs to properly post payments to patient accounts.
- Securing financial arrangements to meet the needs of both patient and practice.
- Team player
- Attention to detail and the ability to multi task in a fast pace environment is needed.
- Scheduling patients efficiently
- Meeting production and collection goals
- Dependable and reliable
- Previous experience with Dentrix is preferred.
- Ability to speak Spanish is preferred.
- Surgical scheduling with patients for Hospital treatment need - willing to train
